A kitchen renovation strongly influenced by the clients’ personalities. Heavy materials such as the thick concrete bench are balanced by the fine stainless-steel plate and bespoke joinery handles. The bright Rimu timber floor and stair are calmed by the dark cabinetry. Part of a larger renovation, the kitchen is the lynch pin on the project, linking the old and new spaces together and becomes the focal point for entertaining.
